Rule #1: Work the Edges

If you think about it, the healthy foods (fresh produce, meat, seafood, and eggs) are found along the edges of the supermarket, whereas the center of the store is like a junk food land-mine. Don't let your health resolutions blow up by spending time meandering through those aisles. Spend the majority of your time shopping along the walls and tread carefully when in the aisles.
